The modular homes are imported, localized to the climate conditions of Canada, and modified to incorporate the requirements of the National Building Code of Canada.
The construction of modular homes is extremely fast and affordable. They come in all different shapes and sizes fitting the need of the clients. We also apply and obtain building permits for them in Ontario. Currently, the following occupancies are well established in Canada:
